Our Future Leaders Programme develops the leadership skills of LGBTQ+ people aged 18-30, empowering them to shape inclusive places where everyone can work, play and succeed throughout their lives.

Attendees will get the chance to:

  • explore how identities impact experiences within workplaces and communities

  • understand the role leaders play in creating inclusive environments

  • discuss how to take care of yourself when talking about your identity and experiences as an aspiring leader

  • build a network of aspiring LGBTQ+ leaders.
