Speaker Bio 

Gosia Evans  

Gosia is a Senior Associate solicitor at Geldards LLP with many years’ experience in advising in Intellectual Property (IP) Rights protection and disputes and resolving general commercial disputes. Gosia advises in all areas of IP, including trade marks, copyright, patents and designs. She also deals with passing off, trade secrets and confidential information matters and advises clients in relation to brand management and development. She leads our team of IP Audit lawyers. Gosia also helps clients with all types of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, financial disputes, professional negligence and Alternative Dispute Resolution. 

Henry Smith-Higgins 

Henry is a Solicitor at Geldards LLP with experience in helping businesses identify and exploit their Intellectual Property (IP) through IP licensing, joint ventures, trademark portfolio management and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on the negotiation, structuring and drafting of commercial contracts including trading agreements, agency and distribution contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
