This event aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively project manage with a focus on tech start-ups. CEMET will look to share their knowledge of product and project management methodology, focussing on the pre-software/hardware development process. So often overlooked, a detailed roadmap and early user testing can be the difference between a successful and unsuccessful product or service.
