IT’S CHRISTMAS…… and what better time than at Christmas to EAT AND BE MERRY!

We’ve gathered some of our favourite females from the food industry to chat about their love of food and cooking. We’ve got a range of ladies including the ex Head Chef for Jamie Oliver, a top foodie photographer and a leading grazing company.

We will be digging deep to find what sparked their interest in food and what led them to their culinary careers. We’ll be hearing the highs and lows, and of course the journey behind their mouth watering brands.

Plus we’ll have our Christmassy market place with our female run pop up stalls – where you can sample some delights, buy some Christmas presents and browse some fab local makers.

And there will be some Christmas surprises up our Christmas sleeves!

Our Speakers:

Kiley Greenaway | Honey to the Brie | @honeytothebrie

Kiley is the creator of Honey to the Brie, a small grazing company that Kiley created from her love of food and entertaining. Kiley creates mouthwatering, memorable and Instagramable grazing tables and boards – made up of fresh locally sourced produce such as artisan cheese, meats, antipasti and desserts. Gone are the days of the beige buffet – Kiley creates colourful, tasty works of art.

Since launching the business over a year and a half ago, HTTB has grown and gone from strength to strength, and as a result Kiley has worked with some amazing companies and brands. HTTB were recently finalists at the Cardiff Life Awards for Best New Business.

Leyli Homayoonfar | Leyli Joon & Co |

Welsh born Leyli Homayoonfar is the brains and talent behind Leyli Joon & Co, the Persian-influened catering and events company.

Leyli is a professionally trained chef and has worked in award winning local restaurants in Cardiff and the surrounding areas, building a repertoire for French and Spanish cuisine. A few years ago she moved to London where Leyli worked in Michelin starred restaurants before becoming Head Chef for Jamie Oliver.

With the help of her brother and sisters, Leyli ran Persian themed Supper Clubs and dining experiences in London and Cardiff which, as it grew in popularity, led to launching her own company, Leyli Joon & Co.

Manon Houston | Food Photographer and Stylist | @manonhouston

Manon is based in Wales and is a food photographer and stylist, running her own business which specialises in food marketing photography.

Manon has made a career out of an interest in food and cooking, combined with a passion for colour and design. She works with brands to tell their story and communicate the character of a company through her high quality shots of food.

Be it the rarest white truffle or the humble potato Manon enjoys capturing every aspect of food and telling its story.
