This event includes two speakers. Tom Jennings from TJF The Collab Collective will lead you through a practical course on productivity along with hacks on how to maximise your day to day. Which will help you strategise your weeks and days to maximise your mindset, time, and productivity.
Ruth John of ' Reset With Ruth ' will be teaching you the importance of utilising your breath to reset your nervous system and stimulate vagal tone: through the practice of four 'take home' breathwork techniques. Ending with a guided meditation.

By taking part in this wellness event, both facilitators will be available for after care, offering follow up sessions for those interested.
