Important message for our community
In light of the most recent government guidelines Tramshed Tech will be adapting some of the ways we support our community and our staff. We will continue to do all we can to help businesses continue to thrive in this difficult time. With this in mind the Tramshed Tech team will be operating a virtual reception starting on Wednesday 18th March. Our team will continue to support our community and tenants in every way that we can, whilst we work from home to lessen the risks associated with the coronavirus. We've outlined the following changes as part of our strategy to support our community.
Our Coworking Members
Our physical reception will be closed from Wednesday 18th March and our virtual reception will begin with a dedicated phone line. Our spaces are still open so if any coworking members would like to gain access during this period they can call the virtual reception on 02920 103090 or message 07498322012 to arrange access.
Over the next few weeks we'll be working to offer digital workshops, webinars, podcasts and online content to support our members through this difficult time. We'll be in touch soon as this begins to take shape. If you have an idea yourself or would like to get involved in curating digital content for our wider community please contact Guy via <email@example.com>.
All tenants will continue to have full access to their offices, the meeting rooms and the break out space. Tenants will shortly receive an email with reminders on how to enter the building.
We will offer a free deep clean to all tenants and all of our communal spaces will continue to have a regular deep clean.

We will honour all current bookings, when it is safe to do so and we will continue to arrange future meetings, meet-ups and events for our tenants and we will take bookings from 1st June 2020 (subject to further changes in the situation).
We will offer the virtual reception as a point of contact for future meet-ups and event bookings. Any cancellations or postponement of bookings will not incur a cancellation fee and we will work with all event organisers to rearrange bookings for the next available opportunity.
Our wider Grangetown community
Keeping our team and our community safe is our absolute priority. However, we must not forget those who are alone and most at risk in our wider community. As such we are working to extend invitations to local organisations to offer support and help wherever possible.
While this is a worrying time for us all, we believe thoroughly in the power of positivity and coming together as a community as best we can to support one another. Do let us know if there is anything we can do to help you.
