They are pan-Wales AI Innovation Challenges delivered by Tramshed Tech. The programme offers short, high-impact AI-driven innovation sprints designed to spark the next wave of tech founders and startups in Wales.
This project is part of the Regional Tech Booster programme, delivered by Tramshed Tech, funded by the UK Government and supported by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, in partnership with the UK Tech Cluster Group.
Experience hands-on AI innovation sprints tackling real-world challenges, with mentorship and guidance from industry experts.
Take part in workshops covering AI tools, entrepreneurial thinking, and startup skills, while networking with peers, mentors, and potential partners.
Plus, compete for prizes and awards designed to support the development of high-potential ventures.
Aspiring founders and innovators across Wales who are excited about AI, entrepreneurship, and building solutions that can make a real impact.
These challenges will feature three 48-hour innovation sprints across Wales over five months, supporting 40+ participants:

A final showcase event will take place in Tramshed Tech, Grangetown, Cardiff early February, where participants present their venture ideas and plans.
