Diverse Founders Networking Night

What will the event cover? 

Come along to listen to a series of spotlight talks that will highlight available resources for diverse founders. Afterwards the floor will be open to networking and building an inclusive community of business people in South Wales. 

We will be discussing the challenges that minority founders often face in accessing resources such as programme support, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Showcasing the support networks and organizations that are dedicated to bridging this gap and providing equitable access to resources. 

Diversity X are a dynamic and diverse team, drawn from various backgrounds and imbued with a wealth of unique life experiences. United by a shared vision, they aspire to forge a world where not only can today's children live and work, but they can also thrive, experiencing a deep and inclusive sense of belonging. In their collective pursuit of this vision, they celebrate the strength found in our diversity, recognizing that it fosters creativity, innovation, and a more profound understanding of the varied needs and perspectives of the communities we serve. Together, they are committed to breaking down barriers, championing inclusivity, and building a foundation for a brighter and more equitable future.
