Welcome to Tramshed Tech's FAQs – your go-to resource for answers to our most frequently asked questions. Explore the queries we encounter most often and gain insights into making the most of your Tramshed Tech experience.

MEMBERSHIP

At Tramshed Tech, coworking day passes are £20 per day, part-time coworking memberships are £130 per month and full-time coworking memberships are £199 per month. We also offer 24/7/365 Unlimited coworking from £250 per month. All prices include VAT. See full details and benefits on our Memberships page.


Grangetown – 8am – 6pm

Newport - 8am – 5pm

Barry - 9am – 5pm


Virtual members get set up with a registered address, benefit from mail collection services and even get their very own virtual receptionist all from the comfort of your own home. Check out all our virtual membership options on our Memberships page.


Yes! Head to our Spaces page to book meeting rooms across Tramshed Tech locations. 


Unfortunately, ethernet is not available at this time.


We love dogs however only service dogs are permitted on site.


Full-time coworkers and office members can access Tramshed Tech 24/7 365 days a year. Event space is also bookable on the weekends. Head to our spaces page and submit an events enquiry.


Simply head over to our Memberships page where you will learn more about becoming a full-time or part-time coworking or virtual member. If you’re interested in permanent or flexible office space, head to our Offices page.


Post handling is included in all full-time coworking and virtual memberships.


There is no on-site parking at any Tramshed Tech locations however paid public parking is available and each site is no more than a 10-minute walk from a train station, so we recommend using public transport or cycling.


We take payment over the phone, card terminal and through the Tramshed Tech app via Stripe.


Full-time coworkers and office members can access Tramshed Tech 24/7 365 days a year. Event space is also bookable during some public holidays. Head to our spaces page and submit an events enquiry.


A coworking space is a workspace that contains a variety of businesses working independently on different ventures and projects, as opposed to one business working to the same end.


This answer will differ from person to person. That said, generally speaking, a good coworking space should offer a great location, a variety of amenities, high speed internet, and networking events to name just a few characteristics to look out for.

Grangetown

You can book a Cardiff hot desk, coworking pass or meeting room directly using our booking page.

Absolutely, we have a mobile ramp and one of the friendly front of house staff will be happy to help.


There is on-street pay and display parking on Pendyris St where Tramshed Tech is located.


Goodsheds

Well behaved and house trained pets are more than welcome at Tramshed Tech Goodsheds.


We have a fridge, toaster, and microwave, so you are more than welcome to bring your own food to enjoy whilst you work. Alternatively, Academy Junction, Maggie Joes, Vale Cake Boutique, Food for Thought Deli, Academy Pumphouse, and Bagel Bagel (all located close by or in Goodsheds), are open every weekday. And the rest of the Goodsheds Vendors are usually open from Wednesday 12pm onwards.


You can find us on Google Maps. If you enter the Goodsheds site through the main entrance, head to the sidings, which is straightforward and to the right. Go past Craft Republic, and Cozy Tapas, and then you will find us.
Alternatively, if you find yourself near Academy Junction Drive Through, walk past the kiosk for Academy, through the open gate, and you will find us on your right. This entrance is easier to navigate if you need a more accessible entrance.


We have a designated co-working table in the main reception area, which is wheelchair accessible, as well as an accessible reception, kitchen, bathroom, and large meeting room area.


Yes, there is a free all-day car park located on Hood Road, for those who are visiting the Goodsheds site, including Tramshed Tech. Alternatively, there is limited road parking outside the site for up to 2 hours.


Tramshed Tech Goodsheds is under a 10-minute walk from Barry train station.

One Central Square

Yes you can – you will need to register any visitors with reception@onecentralcardiff.co.uk. Or alternatively the ground floor Da Cafe is perfectly suited to meetings.


Unfortunately we do not have on-site parking however there are nearby pay and display parking options, the closest being Cardiff Central Station or Cardiff Central Riverside.
