Fully funded workshops for entrepreneurs to increase chances of success, delivered by founder and lead trainer Neil Cocker
These are free workshops aimed at reducing the high failure rates of Welsh businesses, particularly in the tech and innovative sectors. Designed to reverse the “zombie startup” trend by equipping entrepreneurs with essential skills and tools to properly understand their customers, and their problems, thereby hugely improving their chances of success.
You’ll come away with a clear, easy-to-follow, six-step process that you can apply to your own business idea or product that gets you closer to creating a successful business.

This workshop is aimed at those businesses that are already running and feel like they haven’t quite nailed it yet. However, if you’re thinking of starting up, you can also benefit by learning these key skills so that you don’t make those mistakes when you start up.
You are eligible if you live or have a business based in Cardiff.
However, if you’re already comfortably growing very quickly, or you’re a freelancer/consultant who is at capacity, and calmly fulfilling all your orders, you may want to skip this one.
