Part Two: Ideas to Say 'Yes!'
11am - 11:45am
In this second session we’re focused on selling to organisations. Most importantly, getting potential customers to stop and listen. Here we focus on your role as the ‘problem solver’ and the principles behind people saying yes. We’ll use practical, real-world examples and demonstrate how most successful sales avoid ‘the pitch’ entirely.
Your role as the problem solver
The only 3 problems to solve
The importance of the innovator and their Objective
First contact
Principles to pitch
Getting a 'commit' to Yes
Following the session, you’ll know how to grab and hold people's attention when talking about your business. You’ll know how to progress to a signed contract through problem solving and not ‘selling’.
With a focus on how to sell to complex organisations, the content is relevant to start-ups, scale-ups and large businesses with sales people.
You'll find particular value if you're launching something new or something complicated to complex organisations.
