I’m Gwenno and I head up the Community team at Tramshed Tech. With locations across South Wales, I work with my team to ensure that members are taken care of across sites and that the day to day running of Tramshed Tech goes smoothly. I have a background in hospitality and events, so taking care of our amazing community and running some of the best events in town suits me down to the ground. The Community team are always happy to help, so come say hello!

Hey, I'm Lily - Community Executive at Tramshed Tech in Grangetown. You will usually find me at reception and I am always ready to help with any of your coworking needs. I have a background in hospitality and a BA in Music studies. I have a strong passion for all things creative and always happy to have a chat.

I'm Eulalee, a passionate Community Lead across the Cardiff and Vale sites. I love fostering connections, building a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our members have the best coworking experience possible. Whether you're a tenant, event attendee, or virtual member, I'm here to help you connect, collaborate, and thrive.

Hi I’m Cat, your friendly Community Executive who you’ll find based in Barry. I love being a part of our vibrant Front of House team, making sure our members and tenants have a comfortable and enjoyable experience from the moment they enter a Tramshed Tech site. I thrive in our inclusive community, and love feeding off of the creativity, excitement and collaboration that surrounds me on a daily basis. I am always up for chat, and I pride myself on being able to help our members with their problems and queries.

I'm Liam, Tramshed Tech’s resident Barista. My role is to keep our staff and members fuelled with coffee and cakes to see them through the day. I have 15 years' experience in hospitality and over the years have honed my service skills to suit customer needs. Alongside my job, I love design and illustration and use my creativity to design and develop new drinks and offerings for the community.

Hi, I'm Lauren one of the community executives based in Newport. I bring 6 years of hospitality experience so I thrive off giving excellent customer service in all areas of my job. I love being a part of the front of house team as I get to interact with different tenants and members every day and learn about why each of them use our space, and what they are passionate about!

I am thrilled to introduce myself as Nikki Williams, Events Manager, the newest member of the Tramshed Tech team. With an extensive background in the events industry across various sectors, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for transforming concepts into successful execution. I am responsible for managing events across all Tramshed Tech sites, which requires adapting to the unique characteristic of each venue.

Hi im Nicola, Im the community executive at Newport. I love being part of the community team, and bring 16 years of hospitality experience and skill into every aspect of my job. Im always here for a catch up and a chat with our members and tenants . I also have a part time cake business and love baking all sorts of treats!

Hi, I'm Cath, Community lead for Tramshed Tech, Newport. I have over 13 years’ experience in business operations and management. I have a passion for supporting companies to succeed in their own endeavours and encourage innovation. My role in Tramshed Tech is to support our Newport entrepreneurs and to continue the growth of our thriving community.

I’m Louise, Co-Founder and CEO of Tramshed Tech. We support tech, digital and creative businesses through our spaces, business support and skills programmes. With a background in education, I’m passionate about skills development and accelerating business growth across Wales and beyond. We do this through our range of strategic partners across the UK and Europe to include Google for Startups, Microsoft, Barclays Eagle Labs and SQY. As well as being a member of the Welsh Government International Strategy Board and UK Tech Cluster Group, I also report to the UK Digital Economy Advisory Board, specialising in business growth strategies.

I’m Ian, Head of Design at Tramshed Tech. I take the lead on all branding and design needs for the company and our sister company Da. I am involved in day to day designing as well as the longer term brand strategy.

I’m Lucy and I head up the Comms team at Tramshed Tech. I'm responsible for managing the comms, marketing and brand strategy across the group and lead a team who specialise in these key areas. It’s my responsibility to ensure that we communicate clearly and consistently with members, stakeholders, followers, subscribers and partners, internally and externally across all our chosen channels in-line with our brand ethos and guideline. I love to learn new things and I'm a self-proclaimed podcast addict, so when I’m not at my laptop, you’ll either find me walking around one of Cardiff’s parks listening to a podcast, socialising with friends or taking some time out on my yoga mat.

I’m Marcus, Customer Experience Co-ordinator at Tramshed Tech. I sit within the Comms team and work across the business to ensure that each and every interaction with our customers is effective, tailored to their needs and on brand. As well as developing and optimising customer journeys both physically and digitally, I have a BA in Graphic Communications and a Masters of Arts, so I use my creative flair to continuously evolve and level up the Tramshed Tech brand.

I'm Flo - Marketing and Comms Exec at Tramshed Tech. Prior to this role, I worked in marketing and branding for a Global F&B business where I supported with 360 campaigns. In this role I'm able to use my experience to take a lead on co-ordinating marketing campaigns and creating content in a way that maximised reach and engages with our ever expanding audience.

I’m Maria, Marketing Communications Exec at Tramshed Tech. I am proud to be part of the dynamic communications team that focuses on our online presence and customer journey. The aim is to connect with current and future members through executing impactful marketing campaigns and drive engagement. I have a keen eye for detail and creative flair which reflects in the way TT communicates across socials.

I’m Sophie, Innovation Project Coordinator at Tramshed Tech. I support across our corporate, public sector and academic partnerships and in-house business support programmes such as our amazing Startup Academy. I have four years' experience in digital marketing and previously worked as an Account Manager. During this time, I honed my skills in; relationship management, stakeholder support, project management and strategic thinking. When I'm not pursuing my passion for supporting entrepreneurs on their growth journey, I can’t sit still, so you'll catch me dancing, at the gym or on the mat.

I’m Lizzie, Innovation Project Coordinator at Tramshed Tech. I support across our corporate, public sector and academic partnerships and in-house business support programmes such as our amazing Startup Academy! When I’m not in the office supporting entrepreneurs on their exciting journeys, you’ll either find me exploring outdoors or doing something creative!

I’m Sara, Innovation Project Coordinator at Tramshed Tech, a leading tech incubator in Wales. Whether it's helping to connect startups with key stakeholders, referring them to relevant opportunities to help them on their growth journeys or simply being there to offer advice, I help support our tech startups at all points of their entrepreneurial journey. Looking forward to connecting and making the Tramshed Tech ecosystem work better for everyone

Hi, I'm Gino, the Programme and Engagement Manager at Tramshed Tech. My primary focus is guiding new programme launches, ensuring the successful delivery of existing programmes, and stakeholder engagement. I provide ongoing support to tech startups and scaleups in Wales by encouraging connections and collaborations cross-sector.

I’m Luke, our resident AV tech, tech support, and all-around cable monkey. Since I was a kid, I’ve always had a passion for electronics and understanding how systems work - just ask my mum about the mountain of disassembled radios in my childhood bedroom! Since then, I’ve come a long way in getting the stuff back together again! I honed my AV skills in the nightclub industry, running club nights and events throughout my time at university and with my own record label. I’ve loved my time so far with Tramshed Tech, and I’m eagerly awaiting Cai’s next blue-sky idea for me to sink my teeth into!

I’m Lewis, UX Designer at Tramshed Tech’s Design Centre since January 2021. My role as a UX Designer is to ensure that all the solutions and products we produce are designed with the end user in mind. My process includes a lot of user research and testing. Prior to becoming a UX designer, I studied Media Production and Design at the University of South Wales gaining a First-Class Honours Degree. Fun Fact: I once appeared on an episode of Pobol y Cwm

I’m Sam, I build websites and web applications for Tramshed Tech’s Design Centre. I studied Computer Science at Swansea University which is when I discovered my interest in web development. Since then, I’ve worked on a number of projects to hone my web development skills. Fun fact: I built this website!
